  Please be informed that in case of further requests for accommodation referring to the same period will cancel this request. We therefore recommend to wait for our confirmation, which will send ASAP
• Send the reservation form, within 2/12 hours you will receive an e-mail or a confirming fax, from the facility where you sent the reservation request.
• ATTENTION, the reservation can be considered valid only by a confirming e-mail or fax of the registration directly from the specific facility.
• CHECK-IN
  check-in: 12am / 10pm.
  check-out: 10.00 a.m.
  early (not earlier than 8 am) and late check-ins are subject to approval.
  arrival after 10.30 p.m., if approves, are subjet to extra fee of 10/30 €uro.
  arrival after 00.00 a.m., are not possible.

The rates are for room or apartment, for night, with breakfast included (if not otherwise defined) The prices shown are those valid all year with the exception of special periods: (Easter, New Year’s Day Holiday, Christmas and the Epiphany) and with the exception of the low season.

• At Christmas/Epiphany (per night, minimum 3 nights – Price + 10% if not otherwise specified)
• New Year’s Day Holiday (per night minimum 4 nights – Price + 20% if not otherwise specified)
• Easter Period (per night minimum 3 nights – Price + 20% if not otherwise specified)
• Low season(from 10 January to 10 March, from 20 July to 1 September, with the exception of 15 August, the prices are generally discounted depending on the facility from 10 to 40%)

Generally we ask for a minimum stay of two nights, particularly at weekends. A request for a one-night stay should not be sent more than 5 days from the arrival date.

• 14 day notice for full refund or to avoid being charged (minus a € 20 cancellation fee)
• If less notice given, party responsible for 1 night or 35% of reservation whichever is greater
• 'No show' guests and 'early departure' guests are considered cancellations inside the non-refundable period
