The charm of this small and cozy neighborhood offers many perks including having all restaurants, wine bars, shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, and cafes within a few steps reach.

You will also find many restaurants in the area who have partnered with us to give you first priority and special prices.

All of our rooms have private full bathroom, air conditioning, heating, flat screen cable (sky) TV, hairdryer, safe, and free WIFI internet.
Our bed & breakfasts provide daily room cleaning, linen change every 3 days, laundry facilities and bathroom courtesy kits.

How to get there

Fiumicino Airport Take the Leonardo Express train which will take approximately 30 minutes to arrive at the central Roma Termini station (for instructions of how to arrive at Colosseo from Termini station see below).
Ciampino AirportTake the shuttle bus that coincides with flights from RyanAir and Easy Jet for the central station Roma Termini (for instructions of how to arrive at Colosseo from Termini station see below).
Termini StationFrom Termini Station, take the B line Metro (direction Laurentina) and get off at the stop “Colosseo”. From the Colosseo metro station exit, turn right onto Via Labicana. Proceed straight to the first stop light and cross the street over onto Via San Giovanni in Laterano. Take the second right onto Via Celimontana and head straight up to Via Capo D’Africa.

Periodo di soggiorno: March 2012Un'ottima struttura, vicinissima al Colosseo e ai Fori Imperiali. La vicinaza alla stazione Termini è sicuramente una comodità in più. I gestori si sono rivelati gentili e premurosi. Ottima anche la colazione.La stagione (inizio della primavera) non richiedeva ancora l'aria condizionata (presente nella struttura), ma la temperatura era già ottimale per dormire con la finestra socchiusa. Si è fatto un po' sentire il rumore di una città che vive anche di notte. Questo non ha tuttavia guastato il bel soggiorno.
