3. Credit card guarantee

The hosts require credit card details in order to guarantee your reservation. Your credit card information will be sent directly to the reserved facilities. When you make a booking you will automatically enter into an agreement with the structure you have chosen. We will not charge your credit card, as you will pay for your stay at your arrival.

4. Free of charge

Our service is free of charge. Unlike many other parties, B&B ROMA SERVICE will not add any additional fees, like a reservation fee, to the room rate.

5. Cancellation

Please follow the instructions in the confirmation email in case you need to cancel your stay. If you cancel according to the cancellation policy of the accommodation facilities, it will be free of charge. We recommend you read the cancellation policy of the accommodation facilities carefully. If you cancel later than requested by the accommodation facilities or do not show up, the host might charge you a fee which is in most cases an equivalent for 1 night stay. Note, B&B ROMA SERVICE will not charge you any cancellation fee whatsoever.
