Two charming, independent flats located in a small 19th century building only 10 minutes from Termini Central Station.

Apartments no. 1 and 4 (3+2 beds)
Flat no. 1 is on the first floor while flat no. 4 is on the second floor (there is no lift).
Each of them consists of:
A bedroom including a double and a single bed, nightstands and 2 wardrobes;
A living room furnished with a table and a double sofa-bed;
A kitchenette including gas cooker, oven, fridge, pots and cutlery;
A large bathroom with tub.
Both flats are fully equipped with bed and table linen, as well as towels, and boast an electric, independent heating system, A/C and colour TV.
All finishes are excellent.

Useful information on the area:

3 markets, one is Via dei Sabelli, one in Via dei Volsci (near the local church) and one in Via Tiburtina
A daily market selling fresh products in Largo degli Osci
2 chemists' (one of the is in Via dei Sabelli, only 50 metres away from the flats)
Private parking 300 metres away at € 11.00/15.00 per day

Rates
Rates include: taxes (no breakfast)
Rates can change: according to the season (high or low) and holiday periods (Easter, Christmas, Epiphany and other important bank holidays)
Bookings for more than 7 nights are subject to a 10% discount .
Free for children under 18 months.
Accommodation for less than 3 nights (depending on approval) is subject to a 20% surcharge.

Useful information
A minimum of two nights' booking is normally required, especially on weekends.
During Easter, Christmas, New Year's and Epiphany four nights' bookings are preferred.
Requests for less than 4 nights' stay during these periods will be taken into consideration, only if sent no sooner than 7 days before the beginning of the stay.

Check-In
> Check in: after 12.00 p.m.
> Check out: by 10.00 a.m.
> Reception is open from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (arrangements are required in case of late arrivals and are subject to 25.00 Euros extra)
> After checking in, the guests will be given their keys and they will be free to come and go as they like.

Means of transport:
Bus no. 3 stops in Via di Scalo S. Lorenzo, at approx. 200 metres from the flat, and takes to: the Basilica Santa Croce in Gerusalemme Basilica, the Basilica of St .John Lateran is Basilica, the Colosseum (15 minutes), the Forums, Porta Portese market. the Modern art gallery, the Etruscan museum and the zoo.                                          Bus no. 71 stops in Via Tiburtina, at approx. 100 metres from the flat, and takes to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and Via del Corso.                                                   Bus no. 492 stops in Via dei Ramni, at 300 metres from the flat, and takes to the Old town and Castel Sant'Angelo, Saint Peter's Basilica and the Vatican museums.         The A underground stop is in Piazza Vittorio, only 400 metres from the flat.
