The B&B Domus Appia is located in Rome, on via Appia nuova , ideally situated by the train  station "Re di Roma" on the "A" red line.
This well appointed B&B is housed on the 4 floor of a Period Property.
Rooms are spacious and newly refurbished, with en-suite bathrooms, hairdryer, air-conditioning, frigobar, safety box, LCD TV and wi-fi  access.
As an extra service we serve a continental breakfast every morning included in the room rate; children are welcome. All children under 3 stay free of charge.

Rates include: continental brealfast and taxes
Rates can change: according to the season (low, middle, high) and period (Christmas and Easter time, long weekends, bank holidays etc.).
Free stay: for  -3 year old children
7 night stays: discount of 5% - 10% according to the period.
1- night stays: when approved are subject to a 20% surcharge

Useful information
2 night stays: minimum required, especially on weekends.
3 night stays required at Christmas (Dec 23- Jan 6) and Easter  time, long weekends, bank holidays: requests for shorter periods will be considered only if sent with short notice (7 days prior to the arrival date).

From Fiumicino Airport: take the train to Roma Termini station and then metro A direction Anagnina and down to at the fourth stop Re di Roma.

From Ciampino Airport: take the bus to Rome Termini station and then metro A direction Anagnina. 
From Stazione Termini metro "A" direction Anagnina down to the fourth stop Re di Roma.

By car: take the GRA and exit Appia center direction to San Giovanni.
