7 night stays: discount of 5% - 10% according to the period.
1- night stays: when approved are subject to a 20% surcharge

2 night stays: minimum required, especially on weekends.
3 night stays required at Christmas (Dec 23- Jan 6) and Easter  time, long weekends, bank holidays: requests for shorter periods will be considered only if sent with short notice (7 days prior to the arrival date).

BY TRAIN
From Termini station take the Metro 'A', direction Battistini and get off at 'Cyprus' ... out of the Metro take Via Giulio Venticinque ... at the bottom turn left and you came.

BY PLANE
From Fiumicino take the train to Termini, from Termini then as above.
