Rates can change: according to the season (low, middle, high) and period (Christmas and Easter time, long weekends, bank holidays etc.).
Free stay: for  -3 year old children
7 night stays: discount of 5% - 10% according to the period.
1- night stays: when approved are subject to a 20% surcharge

2 night stays: minimum required, especially on weekends.
3 night stays required at Christmas (Dec 23- Jan 6) and Easter  time, long weekends, bank holidays: requests for shorter periods will be considered only if sent with short notice (7 days prior to the arrival date).

The Holiday in Rome B&B is located in Via Bu Meliana 12 and in Via della Giuliana 80, near the Vatican Museums and close to the Metro Ottaviano, Line A. Its location makes it an ideal starting point to visit Rome by walk or by public transport. In short distance you can reach important sites as Vatican City, St. Peter's Square, Castel Sant 'Angelo and a little further away, across the River Tiber, you can discover Spainsh Steps, Fontana di Trevi, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, the Colosseum and all the main attractions of city.

By train:
Once at the Termini station you can catch the metro - line A - direction to Battistini and get off after 6 stops (at Ottaviano); the hotel is just a few meters away. You have to walking in the Vatican Museum direction and then turn right in Via Leone IV. After that, you must walk only 50 mt. and the Holiday in Rome is on the left in Via Bu Meliana 12 or in Via della Giuliana 80.

By plane:
Fiumicino Airport: Catch the "Leonardo Express" train to the termini station in Rome and follow the direction as the point by train.; Ciampino Airport: catch a bus or a terravision shuttle to the termini station in Rome and follow the direction as the point by train.

By car:
Exit num. 1 from the G.R.A. - via Aurelia - direction City centre, once in Piazza Irnerio continue after the entry of the Vatican Museums turn left by Leo IV, continue on Via della Giuliana and turn left in Via Bu Meliana 12.
