The apartment is provided by fast INTERNET connection for your laptops,TV,air conditioning,a large living-room furnished with 2 sofa,a big table and the kitchen.

The flat is very luminous and quiet and fully equipped(washing machine,hairdryer,electric oven,microwave oven,iron and ironing board...)

The apartment is near to Testaccio,Garbatella, Bocca della Verita, the celebrated English Cemetery where both Keats and Shelley are buried, Cestius Pyramid, Aventino hill and Circus Maximus and is well connected by public transportation to the Colosseum, Roman Forum and Baroque and Renaissance Rome.

The area has as well as a trendy nightlife and a range of family owned restaurants where it is still possible to enjoy traditional Roman dishes.

Rates include:  taxes
Rates can change: according to the season (low, middle, high) and period (Christmas and Easter time, long weekends, bank holidays etc.).
Free stay: for  -3 year old children
7 night stays: discount of 5% - 10% according to the period.
1- night stays: when approved are subject to a 20% surcharge

Useful information
2 night stays: minimum required, especially on weekends.
3 night stays required at Christmas (Dec 23- Jan 6) and Easter  time, long weekends, bank holidays: requests for shorter periods will be considered only if sent with short notice (7 days prior to the arrival date).

From Fiumicino airport take the regional train to Orte or Fara Sabina and get off at the station Ostiense.Follow direction to Air Terminal and Via Matteucci. Get on, the apartment is just in front of you.

From Ciampino airport take the shuttle to the Termini. Station
Take the tube B to Laurentina.Get off at stop Piramide.DON'T FOLLOW DIRECTION TO EXIT BUT follow direction to Air Terminal and Via Matteucci. Get on, the apartment is just in front of you.

Same thing if you arrive at the Stazione Termini
