you to experience the peace and quiet of a, luxurious, self-contained,
fully-insulated, apartment. The Bed and Breakfast is located near Rome's
Down Town , only 50 meters from the Piramide Subway station.
Each room is elegantly furnished and offer wood floors and our guests can
enjoy their Private bathrooms.
A Private A/C Unit, will keep the rooms the right temperature during the
summer time.
The pink room has a Suite setup, with twin beds and private bath in the
room.It comes with  a Balcony view and Soundproof triple-glass windows.
The Green room is a double room with an option for a third bed and has a
Private bathroom separated in the hallway. Every room have Soundproof
triple-glass windows that make the room absolutely insulated from the
outside noises...
The B&B is directly connected by train to the main airport, only 25 minutes
trip, and by metro to the city center, only few stops away.
10 minutes walking you can reach the famous Testaccio area, very popular for
the tipical restaurants and full of bars and pubs.

Rates include: continental brealfast and taxes (Continental breakfast will be served at the café downstairs)
Rates can change: according to the season (low, middle, high) and period (Christmas and Easter time, long weekends, bank holidays etc.).
Free stay: for  -3 year old children
7 night stays: discount of 5% - 10% according to the period.
1- night stays: when approved are subject to a 20% surcharge

Directions from "Leonardo Da Vinci-Fiumicino" Airport:

Take the Leonardo Express Train towards Fara Sabina and get off on "Ostiense Station".  Once at the Station turn left; you will pass track 14 and follow the tunnel with a series of moving walkways that will take you to the opposite side of the train station, take the escalators up to Via Benzoni; As you make it in to the street turn right the B&B will be 100 yards on the same side of the side walk.

I will give you a couple of options. 

1. Take the Terravision Shuttle or Schiaffini Shuttle to Roma Termini FS Station than take the Subway Line B to Garbatella (see directions below).

2. Take  the Bus Co.tra.l to Anagnina Metro Stop (Line A), Take the Subway to Termini FS Station; change line from A to B. Take the Subway Line B to Garbatella. (see directions below)

Directions from Termini Station "Subway Line B":

Take the Subway line B toward "Laurentina" and get off on Garbatella (DONOT get of on Piramide). As soon as you are out the subway station make a left on Via Benzoni, cross the street and go down for about 200 yards. The B&B is located on Via Benzoni 9, right in front of the bakery.
