Marco e Laura Bed & Breakfast it's the cheap solution at two steps far away from the Saint Peter's Basil for your stay in the eternal city. Entirely restructured to offer to his guests the maximum comfort and a high professionalism, has rooms all with  private bathrooms and a free reserved car park in front of  B&B.
Choose the welcome heat in an intimate and elegant atmosphere in the center of Rome. Bed&breakfast has 5 rooms, all with private services with shower, and are equipped with all the comforts like tv colour, fans at the ceiling, air conditioned on demand, sheets and towels.

The flat exclusively has a room with open cooking corner during the breakfast, give her hours 08.30 at 10.00 and of a free reserved car park at disposal of the guests. 

In front of B&B there is the bus stop that bring you directly to the center of the City and t 150mt you can take the underground in Valle Aurelia station.

Rates
Rates include: taxes
Rates can change: according to the season (low, middle, high) and period (Christmas and Easter time, long weekends, bank holidays etc.).
Free stay: for  -3 year old children
7 night stays: discount of 5% - 10% according to the period.
1- night stays: when approved are subject to a 20% surcharge

Useful information
2 night stays: minimum required, especially on weekends.
3 night stays required at Christmas (Dec 23- Jan 6) and Easter  time, long weekends, bank holidays: requests for shorter periods will be considered only if sent with short notice (7 days prior to the arrival date).

From the Highway:

Exit n. 1 GRA Ringroad (Aurelia) in direction City Centre
Go straight in Via Aurelia for 4,4 Km
When in Piazza G.B. de La salle turn right for Aurelia Antica
After 280mt you'll arrive at Piazza di Villa Carpegna, go round on the square ad take Via Madonna del Riposo, than stright on for 992mt and you're arrived.

From Fiumicino airport (FCO):

By Car: Take the Roma-Fiumicino Highway for 12Km.
Take the GRA ringroad in Aurelia Direction for 7,2 mt
Go out at n°1 Exit (Aurelia) in center direction and follow as below.

By Train: Take Leonardo Express train for Termini Main Station,
take the underground (A line) and follow the previous instructions.

From Ciampino Airport:

With Public Transportation System : Take the bus that brings you from Ciampino Airport to Anagnina Station or Terini Main Station.
Take line A in direction Battistini and follow previous instructions.

By Car: Reach the GRA ringroad towards Aurelia Exit
exit n. 1 GRA (Aurelia) and follow as below.

Take the A line of the Metropolitan underground and get down at Valle Aurelia, go on for 250mt on Anastasio street and take the stairs that will bring you on the main entrance of the Bed & Breakfast.
