Buone Vacanze B&B is located in the heart of Rome, in Piazza Santa Maria Maggiore, one of Rome's most beautiful squares, near one of the four Basilicas that were visited by the pilgrims during the Holy Year. The Basilica is only 200 metres from the underground station and 800 metres from the Colusseum. Other important places, such as the Forums, Piazza Venezia, Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps are also at walkable distance.

The B&B is on the first floor of a ancient building in "Umbertino" style, and includes double bedrooms, as well as bedrooms for three and four people.
All rooms have en-suite facilities with shower, and boast A/C, TV, fridge and nice furniture.

Rates include: breakfast and taxes (Continental breakfast will be served at the café downstairs)
Rates can change according to the season (high or low) and holiday periods (Easter, Christmas, Epiphany and other important bank holidays)
Free for children under three years
Bookings for more than 6 nights are subject to a 5 or 10% discount according to the time of the year.
One night accommodation (subject to approval) is subject to a 20% surcharge

Useful information
A minimum of two nights' booking is normally required, especially on weekends.
During Easter, and New Year's three nights' bookings are preferred.
Requests for less than 4 nights' stay during these periods will be taken into consideration, only if sent no sooner than 15 days before the beginning of the stay.

Getting to the B&B is veru easy.

From Fiumicino International Airport take the direct train to Termini Central Station. Piazza S.Maria Maggiore is only two blocks from the station. The B&B is at no. 12.
