7 night stays: discount of 5% - 10% according to the period.
1- night stays: when approved are subject to a 20% surcharge

2 night stays: minimum required, especially on weekends.
3 night stays required at Christmas (Dec 23- Jan 6) and Easter  time, long weekends, bank holidays: requests for shorter periods will be considered only if sent with short notice (7 days prior to the arrival date).

from Termin station: go to bus terminus, get onto line H, climb off at the 5th stop at SONNINO/S. GALLICANO, and walk along in front of the church Santa Maria in Trastevere ....

from Trastevere station: go to bus terminus, get onto tram 8, get off at the 6th stop at PIAZZA GIOACCHINO BELLI, and walk along in front of the church Santa Maria in Trastevere ....

Take direct train to Termini station in Rome from Fiumicino airport.
