Our suites are at distance of only 500 metres from the Vatican Museums and from the underground stop Ottaviano (Linea A), located in a quiet and affluent area.
At a few steps, also by walk, there is the historic centre: restaurants, pizzeria, pubs, bars, banks, hospitals, pharmacies, shops and supermarkets are all within reach.

The apartment is fully and elegantly renovated and furnished. It is on the fifth floor of a period mansion, furnished with a lift. It consists of a big double room who can be turned into a quadruple room for its large measuremen, a kitchen furnished with a double sofa bed and a bathroom.

The suites are furnished with air conditioning and LCD tv and can comfortably accommodate till 6 people. If you arrive by car, in agreement we can supply an indoor car parking space at a discounted rate which is at distance of only 10 metres.
On demand we organize transfer from and to the airports.

The aim' s suites is to accommodate their guests, for the cleanliness of the apartment and customer care, like a five-star hotel, so they'll have the pleasant sensation to be at their own home for the prices too.

Security deposit:

A security deposit of 100 Euro in local currency is strictly required.
This amount will be refunded in full upon check out, provided everything is in
order.

Rates
Rates include: breakfast and taxes
Rates can change: according to the season (low, middle, high) and period (Christmas and Easter time, long weekends, bank holidays etc.).
Free stay: for  -3 year old children
7 night stays: discount of 5% - 10% according to the period.
1- night stays: when approved are subject to a 20% surcharge

Useful information
2 night stays: minimum required, especially on weekends.
3 night stays required at Christmas (Dec 23- Jan 6) and Easter  time, long weekends, bank holidays: requests for shorter periods will be considered only if sent with short notice (7 days prior to the arrival date).
