Rates include: taxes
Rates can change: according to the season (low, middle, high) and period (Christmas and Easter time, long weekends, bank holidays etc.).
Free stay: for  -3 year old children
7 night stays: discount of 5% - 10% according to the period.
1- night stays: when approved are subject to a 20% surcharge

Useful information
2 night stays: minimum required, especially on weekends.
3 night stays required at Christmas (Dec 23- Jan 6) and Easter  time, long weekends, bank holidays: requests for shorter periods will be considered only if sent with short notice (7 days prior to the arrival date).

From Fiumicino Airport take train Roma - Fiumicino to Termini Station.
From Ciampino Airport take bus to Anagnina and get off at Termini Station.
From Termini Station take tram n. 5 or 14 to stop Prenestina/Giovenale.
