Quiet apartment located in Via Bergamo approximately 800 meters from the exclusive Via Veneto, the famous Trevi Fountain and the marvelous Spanish step. In a well connected area with buses and metro station. The apartment is located in the 6th floor of a nice building with elevator and guardian service.
It's a very comfortable apartment, quiet and formed by two independent suites

Suite 2 " Roma Primetta "  The suite is formed by a large room with twin-size bed and private bathroom, tv, hi-fi equipement and refrigerator.

Suite 1" Prima Roma " The Suite is formed by a room with three beds, private bathroom and washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen which includes a refrigerator, a microwave oven, a cooking appliance and a dish-washer, a dining room with also two beds, air conditioning and a large terrace. The suite is equipped with, TV, hi-fi equipment and DVD.

Please keep silence from 10pm to 8am

Rates
Rates include: continental brealfast and taxes (Continental breakfast will be served at the café downstairs)
Rates can change: according to the season (low, middle, high) and period (Christmas and Easter time, long weekends, bank holidays etc.).
Free stay: for  -3 year old children
7 night stays: discount of 5% - 10% according to the period.
1- night stays: when approved are subject to a 20% surcharge

Useful information
2 night stays: minimum required, especially on weekends.
3 night stays required at Christmas (Dec 23- Jan 6) and Easter  time, long weekends, bank holidays: requests for shorter periods will be considered only if sent with short notice (7 days prior to the arrival date).

From Fiumicino Leonardo Da vinci Airport catch the train "Leonardo Express"  timetable every 30 min untill Termini railway station. Bus #38 for just 4 stops (Piazza Fiume bus stop).
