In the heart of Rome, on the western summit of Mount Celio, is situated the new Bed and Breakfast "1 via dei valeri" which was inaugarated in September 2007. This exquisite structure is  made up of 6 rooms, each with it's own private bathroom, television, internet access, air conditioning, security deposit box and bar fridge.  It offers it's guests the possibility to reach the best monuments of the city on foot: The colosseum, Imperial forum, the historical basilica of Saint John, The Roman Semensario, The Traianei markets etc. You can experience the real Rome with it's bistros and markets such as the famous market in Via Sannio just a few minutes away. A short walking distance from  "1 via dei valeri" is the beautiful villa Celimontana, an important archeological site, today a public park, which in summer hosts the most prominent jazz festival of the capital. The villa has  a large space which also caters for children, and is the ideal place to relax after a long day visiting the city.
The elegant atmosphere of our bed and breakfast, and the interior designed with the greatest care to detail, will make your Roman stay unforgettable.
The main means of transport (bus and metro) are just a few minutes from our B&B where you get to every part of the city.

Our rooms have been designed in a classic style, chic and comfortable, with the greatest care to detail. Every room has a  king size bed with an orthopaedic mattress covered in latex, high speed internet access ,a bar fridge, plasma TV with access to cable programmes, air conditioning with ion plasma filters, all to make you feel right at home in Rome with all the flavour of an ancient atmosphere without having to give up the comforts of a luxury hotel.
It is possible to add a crib for babies in every room, and if you are travelling with children we also have the facilities to heat their bottles and food.

Breakfast is served from 7.30am until 10.30am in an elegant living room or in your own room where you can also receive Italian and International morning papers.

Rates
Rates include: continental brealfast and taxes (Continental breakfast will be served at the café downstairs)
Rates can change: according to the season (low, middle, high) and period (Christmas and Easter time, long weekends, bank holidays etc.).
Free stay: for  -3 year old children
7 night stays: discount of 5% - 10% according to the period.
1- night stays: when approved are subject to a 20% surcharge

Useful information
2 night stays: minimum required, especially on weekends.
3 night stays required at Christmas (Dec 23- Jan 6) and Easter  time, long weekends, bank holidays: requests for shorter periods will be considered only if sent with short notice (7 days prior to the arrival date).

How to reach us

From Fiumicino Leonardo Da Vinci International airport (FCO)

 

By train: Leonardo Express train to Termini station, from the station (Via Giolitti side) bus number 714 for 8 stops until L.go Amba Aradam.

 

By car: Take the Roma-Fiumicino autostrada turning off at EUR exit, keep going until the "raccordo" in the direction of Via Cristoforo Colombo to the centre.

 

From Ciampino airport (CIA)

The terravision shuttle is available to Termini station. This service is in connection with Ryanair, Hapag Lloyd Express, Wizz Air, regional flights, My Air, Blue Air, Central Wings and Flyme.
