Just a few steps away from the Vatican Museums and also from St. Peter's Square, you find our Guest House, with a Bed and Breakfast service: a bright and sunny apartment which has recently been tastefully and carefully restructured and furnished by the owner.
The attention to detail and comfort make each of the four rooms a little oasis of tranquillity and intimacy, a real haven after a long day's discovery of Rome and its wonders. Vatican City is within easy walking distance of our Guest House, and Rome's most interesting artistic, historical and cultural attractions can be easily reached in a few minutes by Metro A (in front of our building). Furthermore our area provides a vast choice of restaurants, cafés and shops for all your needs. You will be spellbound by your stay in our house and will want to come back again soon.

Our four rooms, recently restructured and tastefully decorated, are all double and have their own private bathroom. They have air conditioning, a fridge, satellite TV, a combination safe, towels, soap and shower gel/shampoo and a hairdryer.
Three rooms have got their own private balcony.
The cleaning of the rooms is done every day and the changing of the linen and towels is done every three days per stay. Breakfast is included in the total price of the stay and is served in a specific café (Bar Pasticceria) near our Guest House (71 Cipro Street). The Bar is open from 7 am and is served at any hour of day using the Ticket given on arrival at our house.

Rates
Rates include: continental brealfast and taxes (Continental breakfast will be served at the café downstairs)
Rates can change: according to the season (low, middle, high) and period (Christmas and Easter time, long weekends, bank holidays etc.).
Free stay: for  -3 year old children
7 night stays: discount of 5% - 10% according to the period.
1- night stays: when approved are subject to a 20% surcharge

Useful information
2 night stays: minimum required, especially on weekends.
3 night stays required at Christmas (Dec 23- Jan 6) and Easter  time, long weekends, bank holidays: requests for shorter periods will be considered only if sent with short notice (7 days prior to the arrival date).

HOW TO FIND US:

BY TRAIN from Termini Station:
Take Metro line A, towards Battistini, and get off at the "Cipro - Musei Vaticani" stop.  46 Via Cipro is just in front of the stop, next to the Pharmacy across the road.
BY TRAIN from Tiburtina Station:
Take Metro line B, change onto line A at Termini,  towards Battistini, and get off at the "Cipro - Musei Vaticani" stop.  46 Via Cipro is just in front of the stop, next to the Pharmacy across the road.
In alternative: take the 492 bus from the terminal at Tiburtina station to the terminal at Cipro - Musei Vaticani.
  
- BY AEROPLANE from Fiumicino Leonardo Da Vinci airport:
Take the Leonardo Express train to Termini Station, then take Metro line A, towards Battistini, and get off at the "Cipro - Musei Vaticani" stop.  46 Via Cipro is just in front of the stop, next to the Pharmacy across the road.
- BY AEROPLANE from Ciampino airport:
Take the bus to the terminal, where you find Metro A stop "Anagnina".  Take the Metro towards Battistini and get off at the "Cipro - Musei Vaticani" stop.  46 Via Cipro is just in front of the stop, next to the Pharmacy across the road.

BY CAR
From the Grande Raccordo Anulare (G.R.A.) ring road, take exit 1 "Aurelia" towards "Città del Vaticano - Centro" (Vatican City/Centre), and follow the signs along Via Aurelia, Via Baldo degli Ubaldi, then via Angelo Emo.  Turn left onto Via degli Ammiragli and then turn right onto Via Cipro.  Arriving from this direction, as well as from Piazza Pio XI, you will find us on the left.  If you are arriving from Piazzale degli Eroi we are on the right.  The door is next to the Pharmacy after the junction with Via della Meloria.
Parking:

Blue line spaces must be paid between 8am and 7pm.  There is a large paying carpark at Metro stop Cipro - Musei Vaticani accessible from Via Angelo Emo.  There are also paying garages on Via Rialto and on Via Ruggero Fiore no. 16.
