"A Casa Di Serena" is perfectly located in the center of Rome in Vatican area and every site of  interest in strictly within walking distance. In Particular the St. Peter's Basilica, the Vatican Museums and Castel Sant'Angelo are at less than 5 minutes from the accommodation! Very useful is also the Metro Line "A", with a stop just at 200 metres from the "A casa di Serena" entrance. The area of location is quiet and safe, and rich of comforts: (Restaurants, Pizzerie, Pubs, Shops and many small and characteristic typical roman neighborhood markets) Offers a Bed and Breakfast service andquality comparable to a little "charming" hotel! The aim is to guarantee maximum comfort at reasonable prices for rediscover the true Roman hospitality!

All rooms feature a private bathroom(with shower-hairdryer and "courtesy set"), air conditioning, heating, LCD flat screen TV DTT(digital terrestrial), mini fridge, free coffee and tea making facilities and wireless Internet connection. discount of 5% - 10% according to the period.

2 night stays: minimum required, especially on weekends 4 night stays required at Christmas (Dec 23- Jan 6) and Easter time, long weekends, bank holidays: requests for shorter periods will be considered only if sent with short notice (10 days prior to the arrival date).

Arrival after 10 p.m., if approves, are subjet to extra fee of 10/20 €uro.

Please comunicate your exact arrival time in Rome specifying if referred to: AIRPORT(Fiumicino or Ciampino), STATION, B&B or by CAR.(The arrival, without this information may cause unecessary waits which cannot be considered cause for claim).

By plane - From Fiumicino L. da Vinci International Airport take the direct train to Termini Central Station (20 minutes) From Termini Central station take the metro line A - direction "BATTISTINI" - and get off at "Cipro" Stop (10 minutes). Follow the directions for Piazzale degli Eroi. The B&B is in Piazzale degli Eroi, just over the "Trattoria La Toscanella" (the door beside on the right side) in Circonvallazione Trionfale n. 1.


By train - From Termini Central station take the metro line A - direction "BATTISTINI" - and get off at "Cipro" Stop (10 minutes). Follow the directions for Piazzale degli Eroi. The B&B is in Piazzale degli Eroi, just over the "Trattoria La Toscanella" (the door beside on the right side) in Circonvallazione Trionfale n. 1.


- By car - (from North - Florence, Siena, Milano, Venezia etc.)             
To reach "A Casa Di Serena B&B" from north take the "Autostrada A1" . You have to get off from it at ROMA NORD. Pay at the pay toll and after get out at "Settebagni" way out. There you'll be on "Via SALARIA": take the direction ROMA CENTRO. After around 15 Km you'll find a big intersection with a sign on the right "S.PIETRO - FORO ITALICO". Follow that sign on the right. Go that direction and pass through 2 tunnels. After the second one there is a traffic light. Go straight. You'll see on your left the Olimpic Stadium. Right after the stadium stay on the right side of the street (VERY IMPORTANT) . Go straight in the main road and after approx. 600 meters you'll arrive in Piazzale Degli Eroi. The B&B is just there, on your right at the traffic light on Piazzale Degli Eroi, in Circonvallazione Trionfale n. 1, just over the "Trattoria La Toscanella".


- By car - ( from the South: Naples, etc.)                                                
From the A1 motorway, exit at "Roma Est" direction "Roma Centro". After the toll bridge, go straight ahead until you get to the "Tangenziale" Ring road and turn right towards San Pietro Foro Italico. Go straight ahead for about 10 kilometres. You will pass 2 tunnels and on the left you will see the Olympic Stadium. Right after the stadium stay on the right side of the street (VERY IMPORTANT) . Go straight in the main road and after approx. 600 meters you'll arrive in Piazzale Degli Eroi. The B&B is just there, on your right at the traffic light on Piazzale Degli Eroi, in Circonvallazione Trionfale n. 1, just over the "Trattoria La Toscanella".
