Bookings for more than 6 nights are subject to a 5 or 10% discount according to the time of the year.
One night accommodation (subject to approval) is subject to a 10% surcharge

Useful information
A minimum of two nights' booking is normally required, especially on weekends.
During Easter, and New Year's three nights' bookings are preferred.
Requests for less than 3 nights' stay during these periods will be taken into consideration, only if sent no sooner than 10 ten days before the beginning of the stay.

How to reach Residenza D&D with public transport:

- From Termini Station: Take the metro line A (in the direction of Battistini) and get off at Flaminio (4 stops). The Residenza D&D is situated at the back of the squere at approximately 100 m. from the stop of the metro.
- From Fiumicino airport: there is a special train service to Roma Termini. First train at 6:37am, and then every 30 minutes until the last train at 11:37pm. Ticket price: 11 euro, can be bought at the ticket window by the platform at Fiumicino.
- From Ciampino airport: Take a direct shuttle bus to Termini Station.

- From High way, take exit Roma- est and keep direction Roma centro.
