BED AND BREAKFAST ROMA SERVICE - THE BEST B&B IN CENTRAL ROME

The B&B is compose of 2 large and care rooms (the first 20mq and ehe other 22 mq) ensuite bathroom, furnish with a queen-size bed, wardrobe, table and chairs.Other room same furnish whit more a singol bed for third person. 

 
The breakfast is left in the room when you arrive in quantities sufficient for the duration of the stay.

The rooms are equip with tv, coffe machine and if you have with you a notebook you can use the W-LAN connection present in all rooms.

The bath towels and cleaning whill be done ever 3 days.

Rates
Rates include: taxes
Rates can change: according to the season (low, middle, high) and period (Christmas and Easter time, long weekends, bank holidays etc.).
Free stay: for  -3 year old children
7 night stays: discount of 5% - 10% according to the period.
1- night stays: when approved are subject to a 20% surcharge

Useful information
2 night stays: minimum required, especially on weekends.
3 night stays required at Christmas (Dec 23- Jan 6) and Easter  time, long weekends, bank holidays: requests for shorter periods will be considered only if sent with short notice (7 days prior to the arrival date).

From Fiumicino airport: Train (Leonardo Express every 30minuts) to Termini then by wok for 150 meters
