A comfortable Bed & Breakfast located in one of the best zones of Rome rented directly by its owners.

The apartment is located in San Lorenzo quarter, at via degli Equi, in the area of Rome's main university and Termini Train station. This zone is considered by romans as a second Trastevere because of its small town-alike streets and typical roman style and also because of the large number of restaurants and pubs located around the neighborhood.

B&B Ca' degli Equi: Located in the university quarter in a 17th century building.
The apartment is composed of 5 rooms, 4 of them for the guests and the other one as breakfast room. All the rooms have private bathroom, air conditioning, satellite tv and internet.

Rates
Rates include: taxes (no breakfast)
Rates can change: according to the season (high or low) and holiday periods (Easter, Christmas, Epiphany and other important bank holidays)
Bookings for more than 6 nights are subject to a 10% discount .
Free for children under 36 months.
Accommodation for less than 2 nights (depending on approval) is subject to a 20% surcharge.

Useful information
A minimum of two nights' booking is normally required, especially on weekends.
During Easter, Christmas, New Year's and Epiphany four nights' bookings are preferred.
Requests for less than 4 nights' stay during these periods will be taken into consideration, only if sent no sooner than 7 days before the beginning of the stay.

> Check in: after 12.00 p.m.
> Check out: by 10.00 a.m.
> Reception is open from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (arrangements are required in case of late arrivals and are subject to 25.00 Euros extra)
> After checking in, the guests will be given their keys and they will be free to come and go as they like.

Useful info about the zone: 3 supermarkets, one on via dei Sabelli, and other on via dei Volsci (next to the church) the last one on via Tiburtina.
A daily market for fresh products on Largo degli Osci.
2 Drugstores (pharmacies), one on via dei Sabelli, only 50 mts. away from the apartment.
Guarded parking at 300 mts. from the apartment for € 11/15 per day.


Public transport:
At via di Scalo S. Lorenzo 200 mts. away from the apartment, there's the n°3 tramway stop, to visit: The Basilica of S. Croce in Gerusalemme, S. Giovanni in Laterano Basilica, the Colosseum, the Fori Romani, the Circus Maximus, the Pyramid, Porta Portese flea market, the Galleria Nazionale d'Arte Moderna, the Etruscan Museum and the Zoo.

On via Tiburtina 100 mts. from the apartment there's the n°71 bus stop to visit the Historical center, Piazza di Spagna, Fontana di Trevi, Via del Corso, etc.

On via dei Ramni 300 mts. from the apartment there's the n°492 bus stop to visit the Historical center and Castel S. Angelo, Saint Peter's Basilica and the Vatican Museums.

At Piazza Vittorio, 400 mts. away, there's a Line A Subway station.
