The Historical Downtown of Piazza del Popolo, Spanish steps and Trevi Fountains can be easily reached by foot or by Underground. The  "Ottaviano" stop is placed very close to the B&B.

The district is also considered one of the most elegant and well frequented  of Rome with its best restaurants, wineries, bistros and pubs. It is ideal for people who need holidays to relax but does not preclude any possible fun or city attractions.

The B&B 1&1 Liberty Rome is located in a traditional building, created  in perfect Liberty style, with the help of one of the most renowned Italian architects: Piacentini. The whole structure has been frequently rewarded for being an authentic Piacentini masterpiece and therefore it is often quoted in several texts related with Architecture, in Italian Universities as well as abroad.

The rooms have all comforts to make you feel at home and are decorated to pay attention to every detail. Each room has its own bathroom, TV and air conditioning. Moreover a private mini fridge can be at your disposal, except availability.

One suite has in addition a private bathtub in front of the bed with antique paintings on the ceiling.

On request, rooms with single and/or additional beds are available.

Free stay: for  -3 year old children
7 night stays: discount of 5% - 10% according to the period.
1- night stays: when approved are subject to a 20% surcharge

2 night stays: minimum required, especially on weekends. 
2 night stays required at Christmas (Dec 23- Jan 6) and Easter  time, long weekends, bank holidays: requests for shorter periods will be considered only if sent with short notice (7 days prior to the arrival date).
