Sweet dreams is an elegant and cosy Bed and breakfast in the heart of the most prestigious and ancient roman borghetto from the late 7 th century, Borgo Pio, 50 mt away from the main entrance of St. Peter's Basilica and few minutes walking from the Vatican's Museums.
The appartement is in the third and last floor of an historical little building settled in the pedestrian street Borgo Pio, street where the Vatican's doors open.

Thanks to its strategical position Sweet Dreams allows you to reach in 5 minutes walk the most precious and artistic monuments of the world: ( San Pietro, Musei Vaticani, Castel Sant' Angelo, Piazza Navona, Pantheon... )  and the main interesting and famous shopping street of the city (Via Condotti, Via Frattina, Via del Corso.).

The rooms are quiet, charming, very beautifully furnished and equipped with many comforts: private bathroom with shower box or whirpool bath, cable TV, air conditioning, hairdreyer, heat up towels, minibar, minifridge, secure box, linen e towels made by Frette.

The living common room is large, lightful and attractively furnished. In this charming space
you can have breakfast which includes coffee, milk, cappuccino, or hot chocolate, fresh juices,
fresh fruits, bread, biscuits, nutella and jam.
The kitchen is very well furnished and at our guest disposal.

Rates
Rates include: breakfast and taxes
Rates can change: according to the season (low, middle, high) and period (Christmas and Easter time, long weekends, bank holidays etc.).
Free stay: for  -3 year old children
7 night stays: discount of 5% - 10% according to the period.
1- night stays: when approved are subject to a 20% surcharge

Useful information
2 night stays: minimum required, especially on weekends.
3 night stays required at Christmas (Dec 23- Jan 6) and Easter  time, long weekends, bank holidays: requests for shorter periods will be considered only if sent with short notice (7 days prior to the arrival date).

By plane - From Fiumicino Airport:
take the train service to Termini Station. There is a train every 30 minutes then take  TRAIN". At the termini train station take the underground "Metro Line A towards Battistini" and get off at the "Ottaviano - San Pietro" stop. Otherwise take the bus number 40 and get off at the last stop.

By plane - From Ciampino Airport:
take the bus COTRAL - SCHIAFFINI till Anagnina station and then take the underground "Metro Line A towards Battistini" and get off at the "Ottaviano - San Pietro" stop. Otherwise take the bus number 40 and get off at the last stop.
 
take the bus TERRAVISION (fly Ryanair e Easy Jet) that arrives nearby Termini train station and then take the underground "Metro Line A towards Battistini" and get off at the "Ottaviano - San Pietro" stop. Otherwise take the bus number 40 and get off at the last stop.

By train - from Tiburtina station:
take the underground "Metro Line B towards Laurentina" and get off at the "Termini" stop and then take the underground "Metro Line A towards Battistini" and get off at the "Ottaviano San Pietro" . Otherwise you can take the bus number 40 and get off at the last stop.

By train - From Termini station:
take the underground "Metro Line A towards Battistini" and get off at the "Ottaviano - San Pietro" stop. Otherwise take the bus number 40 and get off at the last stop.

By metro - from "Ottaviano - San Pietro" stop:
take via Ottaviano till P.za Risorgimento. Cross the square and take via di Porta Angelica. The fourth street on your left is Borgo Pio. 10 meters on your right
