Our apartment is located between Rome's historic Trastevere and Testaccio districts, famous for their restaurants and their nightlife.
The bed and breakfast has a private entrance and it is light and airy with en suite bathroom and a balcony with a  view of the south side of Rome.

The room is cleaned daily and the bed and towels are changed every 3 days.
Breakfast is included in price.

We are well equipped for families with small children (cot, playpen, baby bath, toys, etc.).  There is no extra charge for children up to 10 years of age.

The b&b Almaclaudia is inside Porta Portese Sunday market and it is strategically connected with all the sites of great historical and archaeological interest through the  tramlines # 8 and # 3. 
(Saint Maria in Trastevere, Santa Cecilia, Tiberina island, Ghetto, Teatro Marcello, Campo de fiori, Farnese's building, Spada's building, Braschi's building, Navona square, Pantheon, Campo Marzio, Althemps building, Cripta Balbi, Venezia square, Campidoglio, Musei Capitolini, Foro Romano,Colosseo, Palatino, Domus Aurea, San Pietro in vincoli, San Clemente, Santa Prassede, Santa Pudenziana, San Giovanni, Santa cross in Jerusalem,  St.  Lorenzo, national  museum of modern art, Museo etrusco of villa Giulia,Villa Borghese).  
It is just one stop by urban train to Saint Peter's, the Vatican museums and Castel Sant'Angelo. 
Trevi Fountain and the Spanish steps are walking distance from Largo Argentina (tram 8)

Free stay: for  -10 year old children
7 night stays: discount of 5% - 10% according to the period.
1- night stays: when approved are subject to a 20% surcharge

Useful information
2 night stays: minimum required, especially on weekends.
3 night stays required at Christmas (Dec 23- Jan 6) and Easter  time, long weekends, bank holidays: requests for shorter periods will be considered only if sent with short notice (7 days prior to the arrival date).

Our bed and breakfast is easily accessible either from the Leondardo da Vinci airport by train to the Rome Trastevere station, which is only 200 meters away or by taking bus number 170 from the main train/bus station, Termini, which stops in front of our building.

Note: Do not forget to buy the ticket before getting on public means of transportation and validate it as soon as you get on board.
BIT (short-time ticket): € 1, valid 75 minutes since the first ride on bus and subway (one subway ride only).
BIG (daily ticket): € 4, valid until 12 pm since the first ride for an unlimited number of bus and subway rides in Rome.
BTI (3-day ticket): € 11, valid until 12 pm of the third day since the first ride for an unlimited number of bus and subway rides in Rome.
CIS (weekly card): € 16, valid until 12 pm of the seventh day since the first ride for an unlimited number of bus and subway rides in Rome.
