Our Bed & Breakfast, situated on the first floor of a distinguished 1930's building of Viale Giulio Cesare, in the heart of the elegant Prati neighbourhood, offers all comforts for a carefree Roman holiday.
The smartly furnished suites, each with its own spacious bathroom, are perfect for guests to spend their moments of relaxation. 
The majestic Basilica of St Peter, that is literally a short walk from the front door of the building, will be the perfect starting point for any tour among the wonders of the eternal city, whether the guest decides to go on foot or by bus, or if he/she decides to use the handy underground (metropolitana) with its  "Ottaviano - San Pietro" station just 30 metres from the Bed & Breakfast.
Each suite can comfortably host two people, and another bed can be added if required.  All suites have a fridge, an LCD 20' television, satellite decoder and ceiling fan.
The bathrooms have a shower, wash-hand basin, WC, bidet, heated towel rail, hairdryer and clothesline.
The guests can also use a handy common area with tables, chairs and kitchen provided with microwave for having breakfast.

Rates can change: according to the season (low, middle, high) and period (Christmas and Easter time, long weekends, bank holidays etc.).
Free stay: for  -3 year old children
7 night stays: discount of 5% - 10% according to the period.
1- night stays: when approved are subject to a 20% surcharge

2 night stays: minimum required, especially on weekends.
3 night stays required at Christmas (Dec 23- Jan 6) and Easter  time, long weekends, bank holidays: requests for shorter periods will be considered only if sent with short notice (7 days prior to the arrival date).

The Bed&Breakfast At "Rome St.Peter's" is located on Viale Giulio Cesare 109 in the heart of Rome, 30 metres from the Ottaviano-San Pietro Underground station.  It is easily reached whether you arrive by plane, train or car.

By plane

From Fiumicino airport, take the train heading for Roma Termini. From the Termini Station take the Underground Line A in the direction of "Battistini" and get off at the "Ottaviano-San Pietro" station.  Follow the indications for Viale Giulio Cesare. The entrance doorway of the building where the B&B is located is about 30 metres from the Metro exit, in Viale Giulio Cesare 109.

From Ciampino airport take the shuttle bus to the Roma Termini Station. From the Termini Station take the Underground Line A in the direction of "Battistini" and get off at the "Ottaviano-San Pietro" station.  Follow the indications for Viale Giulio Cesare. The entrance doorway of the building where the B&B is located is about 30 metres from the Metro exit, in Viale Giulio Cesare 109.

By train

From the Termini Station take the Underground Line A in the direction of "Battistini" and get off at the "Ottaviano-San Pietro" station.  Follow the indications for Viale Giulio Cesare. The entrance doorway of the building where the B&B is located is about 30 metres from the Metro exit, in Viale Giulio Cesare 109.

By car from the North

From the "Autostrada A1" motorway, exit at ROMA NORD. After the toll-gate take the exit "Settebagni" and take the "Via SALARIA" in the direction of ROMA CENTRO. After about 15 Km turn onto the Tangenziale Est and follow the indications for "S.PIETRO - FORO ITALICO". Continue on this road going through two tunnels (the second is that to the left). After the traffic lights you will have the Olympic Stadium to your left, but continue straight on Circonvallazione Clodia. After about 400 metres, turn left onto Via Fasana and then continue for about 100 metres to Viale Angelico (a wide tree-lined street).  Turn towards the right taking the central lane.  After about 1 km you reach Viale Giulio Cesare, easy to recognize because of the indications for the Metro (underground) stations.  Turn left.  The second block on the right is number 109.

By car from the South
