The B&B consists of wide and shining rooms with balcony, rooms equipped with en-suite bathroom and A/C.
Included in the price a breakfast to effect from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

Rates can change: according to the season (low, middle, high) and period (Christmas and Easter time, long weekends, bank holidays etc.).
Free stay: for  -3 year old children
7 night stays: discount of 5% - 10% according to the period.
1- night stays: when approved are subject to a 20% surcharge

Useful information
2 night stays: minimum required, especially on weekends.
3 night stays required at Christmas (Dec 23- Jan 6) and Easter  time, long weekends, bank holidays: requests for shorter periods will be considered only if sent with short notice (7 days prior to the arrival date).

Take the train Fiumicino-Termini,get off to Termini (read istruction from Termini).

From Termini :
Coming down the train to take direction Via Marsala, than one finds on the right letting the trains to the shoulders, to exit the station and cross Via Marsala continuing straight for Via Marsala, after 200 meters you will intercross Viale Castro Pretorio,therefore turns to right and after little meters on your left you will see our palace. 

On the car take Street Fiumicino- Roma continue along take the exit G.R.A. direction Roma Sud Napoli, after exit to A24 Roma- L'Aquila direction Tangenziale Est Roma continue along Circonvallazione Tiburtina  after Piazziale Stazione Tiburtina, turn right on  via della Stazione Tiburtina take Piazza delle Crociate continue on Via della Lega Lombarda, at the roundabout Piazza  delle Provincie,take the 2nd exit continue along  Via Catania, take Via Bari, turn left Via Morgagni, take Via del Policlinico, continue along Viale Castro Pretorio.
