Rienzo and Rienzino are two flats located in the centre of Prati area;
Saint Peter's Square and Piazza del Popolo are 10/15 minutes on foot, while The Spanish Steps and Piazza Navona are only 15/20 minutes.

The flats are on the fourth floor of a beautiful old building equipped with a lift, and boasting a commissionaire. Despite being one next to the other, they are both fully independent.

RIENZO
It consists of a double bedroom with a bathroom next to it, and a living room including a sofa-bed and a kitchenette.
All the rooms overlook the city but the windows are soundproof.
It's ideal for two couples or for families with two children.

The place belongs to an antique dealer who decorated the flat with very good taste.

The neighbourhood  is a residential area boasting cafés, restaurants, trattorias and Via Cola Di Rienzo, which is becoming one of the most popular shopping streets in Rome.

Small dogs are accepted at this B&B, provided the owner is duly informed.
Minimum length of stay: 3 nights @ 20.00 Euros per night; in case of a week's stay the price per night is 35.00 Euros.

Rates include: breakfast and taxes (breakfast is served in the breakfast room)
Rates can change according to the season (high or low) and holiday periods (Easter, Christmas, Epiphany and other important bank holidays)
Bookings for more than 6 nights are subject to a 5 or 10% discount according to the time of the year.
One night accommodation (subject to approval) is subject to a 10% surcharge
