building has been recently renovated and an elevator installes.
The Bed and Breakfast is located a few steps from Termini Station and other services including the air terminal which connects the Station and the airport are just a few minutes walk from us.

Rates
Rates include: breakfast and taxes (Continental breakfast will be served at the café downstairs)
Rates can change according to the season (high or low) and holiday periods (Easter, Christmas, Epiphany and other important bank holidays)
Free for children under three years
Bookings for more than 6 nights are subject to a 5 or 10% discount according to the time of the year.
One night accommodation (subject to approval) is subject to a 20% surcharge

Useful information
A minimum of two nights' booking is normally required, especially on weekends.
During Easter, and New Year's three nights' bookings are preferred.
Requests for less than 3 nights' stay during these periods will be taken into consideration, only if sent no sooner than 10 ten days before the beginning of the stay.
