[Downtown / Piazza di Spagna]. The B&B is nearby Piazza di Spagna and the Tiber and only a few steps from the main monuments and touristic areas in Rome (such as "S. Angel Castle", the "Ara Pacis Augustae", the "Mausoleum of Augustus"and "Piazza del Popolo", the square with the church of "S. Maria del Popolo", famous for its masterpieces by Raphael, Caravaggio and Bernini. 

The B&B can host 2 or 3 people. It is composed by a wide double bedroom with TV which leads to a second room with single bed and shower bathroom.

Rates
Rates include: taxes and breakfast (served at the café downstairs)
Rates can change: according to the season (low, middle, high) and period (Christmas and Easter time, long weekends, bank holidays etc.).
Free stay: for  -3 year old children
7 night stays: discount of 5% - 10% according to the period.
1- night stays: when approved are subject to a 15% surcharge

Useful information
2 night stays: minimum required, especially on weekends.
3 night stays required at Christmas (Dec 23- Jan 6) and Easter  time, long weekends, bank holidays: requests for shorter periods will be considered only if sent with short notice (7 days prior to the arrival date).

Note: Do not forget to buy the ticket before getting on public means of transportation and validate it as soon as you get on board.
BIT (short-time ticket): € 1, valid 75 minutes since the first ride on bus and subway (one subway ride only).
BIG (daily ticket): € 4, valid until 12 pm since the first ride for an unlimited number of bus and subway rides in Rome.
BTI (3-day ticket): € 11, valid until 12 pm of the third day since the first ride for an unlimited number of bus and subway rides in Rome.
CIS (weekly card): € 16, valid until 12 pm of the seventh day since the first ride for an unlimited number of bus and subway rides in Rome.
