Description

Located downtown near the multi-ethnic Esquilino, "Principe B&B", a recently renovated apartment, features all-comort rooms with ensuite facilities.

The most important historical monuments in the downtown area can be easily reached even by walking thanks to its strategic position (Esquilino, near the Colosseum).

The B&B is on the second floor of an early XX century building (with lift) which will soon be renovated. Courtesy and caring towards our guests complete the list of our services.

All rooms have ensuite facilities including bathroom, air conditioning and TV. The fridge is shared.

Breakfast is served in a wide charming room.

Rates
Rates include: self-service breakfast and taxes
Rates can change according to the season (high or low) and holiday periods (Easter, Christmas, Epiphany and other important bank holidays)
Free for children under three years
Bookings for more than 6 nights are subject to a 5 or 10% discount according to the time of the year.
During the summer a surcharge of €5.00 per night is applied for A/C use
One night accommodation (subject to approval) is subject to a 10% surcharge

Useful information
A minimum of two nights' booking is normally required, especially on weekends.
During Easter, and New Year's three nights' bookings are preferred.
Requests for less than 3 nights' stay during these periods will be taken into consideration, only if sent no sooner than 10 ten days before the beginning of the stay.

Check-In
> Check in: after 12.00 p.m. We don't acept check-in after 10:00 pm.
> Check out: by 10.00 a.m.
> Reception is open from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (arrangements are required in case of late arrivals)
> After checking in, the guests will be given their keys and they will be free to come and go as they like.

How to Arrive

By train: the B&B is less than 100mt away from Termini Railway Station and is easy to reach.

From Airport: If you are not willing to take a taxi or to rent a car, the easiest way to reach Rome from Fiumicino (the internaitional airport) is the train "Leonardo Express" leaving every 30 minutes, which leads to Termini Station.

By car: the B&B can be reached from any point of the 'Grande Raccordo Annullare' (G.R.A.) and from the highway that leads to the city center. Then follow the street signals to Termini Station.
