Description

Our structure offers you a different kind of rooms, private bathroom outside, with  really convenient prices. All rooms are sunny, very comfortable and completely disposal for the guests. We are two minutes far from Bologna square, really close to downtown.
The apartment is at the third floor and has. The bedroom have private outside bathroom, and a big living room with TV screen where you can enjoy your breakfast.
The 1930's style interior decoration makes the apartment  warm and very comfortable.

Our bed and breakfast is located 300 mt. far from the Tiburtina railstation subway and 400 mt. far from piazza Bologna subway station.
The continental breakfast is served in the living room, where you can relax, watch TV and meet
our other guests.

50 mt. far from the building there is a cleaner, Internet-point and a pubblic garage (from 10 to 15 euro per day).

You will have pivacy and assistance from our professional stuff which makes your sojourn in Rome unforgettable, our services and informations will help you to make your holiday in Rome pleasant and comfortable.

Rates
Rates include: breakfast and taxes
Rates can change according to the season (high or low) and holiday periods (Easter, Christmas, Epiphany and other important bank holidays)
Free for children under three years
Bookings for more than 6 nights are subject to a 5 or 10% discount according to the time of the year.
One night accommodation (subject to approval) is subject to a 20% surcharge

Useful information
A minimum of two nights' booking is normally required, especially on weekends.
During Easter, and New Year's three nights' bookings are preferred.
Requests for less than 3 nights' stay during these periods will be taken into consideration, only if sent no sooner than 10 ten days before the beginning of the stay.

Check-In
> Check in: after 12.00 p.m.
> Check out: by 10.00 a.m.
> Reception is open from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (arrangements are required in case of late arrivals)
> After checking in, the guests will be given their keys and they will be free to come and go as they like.
How to Arrive

From the Airport of Fiumicino get the special train as for as "Tiburtina" Station, from here the "BB" is far 300 m.. From the "Termini" Station get the underground "B" as for as "BOLOGNA" stop, then 400 mt. by foot or a few stops of bus. From the Airport of Ciampino get the "Terravision" Bus as for as Termini Station.

Note: Buy the ticket before taking any means of transport. Ticket valid everywhere in the city: BIT (valid for 75 minutes from stamping) € 1.00; daily ticket: BLG € 4.00; 3-day-pass BTI: € 11.00; week pass CIRS: € 16.00; tickets can be used in the underground, over the ground means of transport and city railway.
