 The loft, located in Via del Moro (Trastevere) is quite close to most of the important monuments in Rome, which you can easily reach with public means of transportation or by walking if you want to enjoy Rome's architecture breathing its air.
The apartment is on the groundfloor to which you can access through a small but nice private garden, which is the ideal place to have your breakfast on nice wheather days. It has a wide living room with a couch-bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, a shower bathroom and an open an elegant "night area" with a comfortable double bed.
 
The living room is wide and comfortable and its furniture style is a mixture of elegant and original elements.

Trastevere, which is among the most ancient areas of the eternal city, with its numerous restaurants, pubs, movie theatres, dance clubs, is the place of your dreams either if you are quiet or lovers of the night life!

Rates can change: according to the season (low, middle, high) and period (Christmas and Easter time, long weekends, bank holidays etc.).
Free stay: for  -3 year old children
7 night stays: discount of 5% - 10% according to period.
1- night stays: when approved are subject to a 20% surcharge

3 night stays: minimum required, especially on weekends. 
4 night stays required at Christmas time (Dec 23- Jan 6), Easter time, long weekends, bank holidays: requests for shorter periods will be considered only if sent with short notice (7 days prior to the arrival date).
