Apartment is 45m2, walls hight 5m, fresch, spacious,large bedroom with double bed and on request one or two additional beds,, bathroom with coatroom and fuly equiped kitchen. The  owner will always provvide for anything alse you need to make you feel in home away of your home."On arrival you'll got a keys because the app.is independent.

In the app. there are AIR CONDITIONER, TV, breakfast ( the owner provvide about food so the guests prepare by themself), safe parking, security door and double glassis on the windows.

Rates
Rates include: continental brealfast (self service) and taxes.
Rates can change: according to the season (low, middle, high) and period (Christmas and Easter time, long weekends, bank holidays etc.).
Free stay: for  -3 year old children
7 night stays: discount of 5% - 10% according to the period.
1- night stays: when approved are subject to a 20% surcharge

Useful information
2 night stays: minimum required, especially on weekends.
3 night stays required at Christmas (Dec 23- Jan 6) and Easter  time, long weekends, bank holidays: requests for shorter periods will be considered only if sent with short notice (7 days prior to the arrival date).

From railway station Termini take a metrò line "A" to second station name is Barberini, exit via Veneto.

On request the owner can arrange e pick-up transfer from and to airport.
