Our bed & breakfast is located in the very hearth of Rome, 100 metres away from Termini railway station, and with all the main monuments within reach. And still, you have the Roman shopping paradise at 5-10 minutes walking distance, Via Veneto, via Nazionale and the Spanish steps. At the Termini station you find also all bus terminals to reach every part of the town,the metro station and a fast connection train with Fiumicino International Airport (every 30 minutes). It is clearly the pulsating heart of Rome from where it is possible to start and savour it completely. And all this at 100 metres distance..

Rates
Rates include: breakfast and taxes (Continental breakfast will be served at the café downstairs)
Rates can change according to the season (high or low) and holiday periods (Easter, Christmas, Epiphany and other important bank holidays)
Free for children under three years
Bookings for more than 6 nights are subject to a 5 or 10% discount according to the time of the year.
One night accommodation (subject to approval) is subject to a 10% surcharge

Useful information
A minimum of two nights' booking is normally required, especially on weekends.
During Easter, and New Year's 4 nights' bookings are preferred.
Requests for less than 4 nights' stay during these periods will be taken into consideration, only if sent no sooner than 10 ten days before the beginning of the stay.

From Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci Airport: take the direct train to Termini Central Station. 
From Termini Central Station: take the A line to "Battistini", and get off at the first stop ("Repubblica").
Once you are out of the station, follow the signs to "Via Rosmini", which is  200 metres away.
Alternatively, if you don't have much luggage, you can walk to the B&B. It takes only 5-10 minutes

Ticket valid everywhere in the city: BIT (valid for 75 minutes from stamping) € 1.00; daily ticket: BLG € 4.00; 3-day-pass BTI: € 11.00; week pass CIRS: € 16.00; tickets can be used in the underground, over the ground means of transport and city railway.
