Description

This B&B offers an excellent quality/price ratio:

It has newly furbished rooms for one to four people, all equipped with the

best comforts (including ensuite facilities and A/C).

There is also a large, bright breakfast room and a nice reception open 24

hours a day, whose friendly staff will do their best to ensure you a

pleasant stay.

Residence Don Bosco is next the famous Don Bosco Basilica in the Cinecittà

district. The underground station (line A ) is only a few steps away; it

takes the tube 10/15 minutes to get to Termini central station and 20/25 to

arrive at Saint Peter's Basilica.

Rates
Rates include: breakfast and taxes (breakfast is served in the breakfast room)
Rates can change according to the season (high or low) and holiday periods (Easter, Christmas, Epiphany and other important bank holidays)
Free for children under three years
Bookings for more than 6 nights are subject to a 5 or 10% discount according to the time of the year.
One night accommodation (subject to approval) is subject to a 20% surcharge

Useful information
A minimum of two nights' booking is normally required, especially on weekends.
During Easter, and New Year's three nights' bookings are preferred.
Requests for less than 3 nights' stay during these periods will be taken into consideration, only if sent no sooner than 10 ten days before the beginning of the stay.

> Check out: by 10.00 a.m.
> Reception is open 24 hr. (arrangements are required in case of late arrivals)
> After checking in, the guests will be given their keys and they will be free to come and go as they like.

How to Arrive

It's easy and fast.

From Fiumicino airport take train to Roma Termini.

From Termini Station take Metro "Line A" Direction Anagnina which bring you to Cinecittà in about 15/20 minutes. Get off to Stop Station Giulio Agricola and look for Viale Marco Fulvio Nobiliore, walk about 150 meters and turn to the third block on the right. Take the sidewalk of the great church Of Don Bosco, you will find the entrance of the Residence next to Q8 gasoline station. You may also get off to the Station Subaugusta and you will find yourselves to 200 meters away from the Viale dei Salesiani n. 13.
