Rates
Rates include: taxes
Rates can change: according to the season (low, middle, high) and period (Christmas and Easter time, long weekends, bank holidays etc.).
Free stay: for  -3 year old children
7 night stays: discount of 5% - 10% according to the period.
1- night stays: when approved are subject to a 20% surcharge

Useful information
2 night stays: minimum required, especially on weekends.
3 night stays required at Christmas (Dec 23- Jan 6) and Easter  time, long weekends, bank holidays: requests for shorter periods will be considered only if sent with short notice (7 days prior to the arrival date).

By Car: From the Highway A1: Exit at Roma Est take in direction Rome centre. Take the Grande Raccordo Anulare (GRA). Take exit Nomentana (11) and proceed in direction Centro, then continue straight on for until the end of the road and then turn left (Via Del Policlinico). After abuot 100 m turn right on Via del Castro Pretorio and take the third cross right (Via Vicenza). The second cross left is Via Varese. We are at number 5.

By Train: From Termini train and metro station exit on Via Marsala, turn left and then right into the first street, via Marghera. Turn left into the third street on your left, Via Varese, where we are located at number 5.

By Plane: From Fiumicino airport take the train to Roma Termini. Then follow instruction for arrivals by train. Departures are every 30 minutes and the trip takes approximately half an hour.
