The flat (which boasts beautiful coffered ceilings) is on the first floor of an 18th century building located in Campo dei Fiori district, only 100 metres from the square having same name. 
The entrance opens onto the living room/bedroom, which includes ancient style furniture, a double bed, a sofa ned and colour TV.
The kitchen, which is connected to the living room via a service hatch, is equipped with a gas cooker, microwave oven, fridge, pots, cutlery and nice shelves. The large bathroom includes a shower.

On one side of the living room there is a little bedroom overlooking Via dei Cappellari, which includes a double bed.
The kitchen, which is connected to the living room via a service hatch, is equipped with a gas cooker, microwave oven, fridge, pots, cutlery and nice shelves. The large bathroom includes a bathtub.

Both flats are fully equipped with bedlinen, table linen and towels, and boast excellent finishes, as well as independent electric heating and A/C.

A parking space is avaible 300 metres away at € 18.00/24.00 per day.

Rates
Rates include: breakfast and taxes (no breakfast)
Rates can change according to the season (high or low) and holiday periods (Easter, Christmas, Epiphany and other important bank holidays)
Free for children under 18 months
Bookings for more than 6 nights are subject to a 5 or 10% discount according to the time of the year.
Tow nights accommodation (subject to approval) is subject to a 20% surcharge

Useful information
A minimum of three nights' booking is normally required, especially on weekends.
Requests for less than 3 nights' stay during these periods will be taken into consideration, only if sent no sooner than 5 days before the beginning of the stay. During Easter, Christmas, New Year's and Epiphany four nights' bookings are preferred. Requests for less than 4 nights' stay during these periods will be taken into consideration, only if sent no sooner than 10 days before the beginning of the stay.

Means of transport
The flats are 15 minutes' walk from 'Spagna' underground station. The area is also served by ATAC buses no. 46,62,64,70,87,186,492,204,628,640,810,
as well as ATAC electrical buses no. 116T and 116, and ATAC tram no. 8.
