Description

The apartment, was conceived to combine the comforts offered by a hotel with the typical privacy of a flat. It consists of a bright, nice entry hall, a large, finely furnished living room, a kitchenette, a double bedroom with balcony, and a bathroom.
The flat can host up to five people: two in the bedroom, and three in the living room, which includes a double sofa-bed and a chair-bed.
The kitchenette is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, four-ring cooker, electrical oven, stainless steel sink, draining rack, shelves, pans and cutlery.
The bedroom is elegantly furnished and boasts a tapestry belonging to the owner's family.
The large bathroom includes shower, hair drier, universal shaver sockets, and towels.

The flat also includes A/C, central heating, broadband Internet connection and satellite TV.

Rates
Rates include: taxes (no breakfast )
Rates can change according to the season (high or low) and holiday periods (Easter, Christmas, Epiphany and other important bank holidays)
Free for children under three years
Bookings for more than 6 nights are subject to a 5 or 10% discount according to the time of the year.

Useful information
A minimum of two nights' booking is normally required, especially on weekends.
During Easter, and New Year's three nights' bookings are preferred.
Requests for less than 3 nights' stay during these periods will be taken into consideration, only if sent no sooner than 10 ten days before the beginning of the stay.

Check-In
> Check in: after 12.00 p.m.
> Check out: by 10.00 a.m.
> Reception is open from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (arrangements are required in case of late arrivals)
> After checking in, the guests will be given their keys and they will be free to come and go as they like

How to Arrive

Dall'Aeroporto Internazionale Leonardo da Vinci: treno diretto Roma Fiumicino - Stazione Ferroviaria Roma Termini (partenze ogni trenta minuti circa dalla stazione interna all'aeroporto).

Dall'aeroporto di Roma Ciampino: collegamento diretto con autobus dall'aeroporto con la Stazione Ferroviaria Roma Termini (capolinea via Marsala).

Dalla Stazione Ferroviaria di Roma Termini: metro A direzione Battisitini fino alla fermata Ottaviano/S. Pietro. Dalla stazione della metropolitana proseguire per via Barletta, girare alla prima traversa a destra per viale delle Milizie. Via Silvio Pellico è la seconda traversa a sinistra di viale delle Milizie (circa m. 150 a piedi).

In automobile: dal G.R.A. uscita via Flaminia in direzione centro seguendo le indicazioni Stadio Olimpico/S.Pietro. Superato lo Stadio Olimpico proseguire per viale Angelico e via Silvio Pellico (svoltare a sinistra al semaforo all'incrocio di via Camozzi con viale Angelico).
