  Our B&B is on the third, top floor of a historic, 17th-century building situated in Rione Monti, in the very heart of Rome. Our rooms overlook the ancient square Piazza Madonna dei Monti, its picturesque fountain and the old roofs of Rome.

Located just few hundreds yards away from the Colosseum, which can be seen from our rooms' windows, our B&B is at walking distance from all major historic and archeological sites of the Eternal City. Moreover, the B&B is close to two major Metro Stations (Cavour and Colosseo) and is served by several bus lines. The B&B is at walking distance (or one Metro stop) from the main railway station Roma-Termini.

The B&B features three double rooms. All rooms are complete with a private bathroom. All rooms and the apartment have free wi-fi access, air conditioning,TV, refrigerator and coffee maker. Windows are soundproof, and the modern and spacious bathrooms have large showers with crystal screens, hair dryer, and fine linen. We provide a daily cleaning service and complete linen change every three days.

The B&B was recently renovated, it is very comfortable and cozy and combines authentic old architecture with modern style. Old wooden ceilings and antique chests coexist and are integrated with modern design furniture. The B&B is run in a family style and we strive to find solutions to all your specific demands: we'd love to make your stay with us a pleasant and unforgettable experience.

Finally, we would like to remind everyone interested in visiting the Eternal City that, in addition to its central location and vicinity to historical sites, Rione Monti is the oldest suburb of Rome. In Rione Monti it is still possible to experience life scenes that have remained unaltered for centuries and have become, in fact, rare. Artisan shops, small boutiques of used and new clothes and home-style trattorias represent just few examples of the lifestyle of one of the most charming area of Rome.

Rates include: breakfast and taxes
Rates can change: according to the season (low, middle, high) and period (Christmas and Easter time, long weekends, bank holidays etc.).
Free stay: for  -3 year old children
1- night stays: when approved are subject to a 20% surcharge
