  My B&B, quiet and cosy,is completely renoved in an ecological way.It is 5 minutes on foot from Coliseum ,Fori imperiali,S. Clemente church, Villa Celimontana etc. but also from pubs amd typical trattorie romane in a magic atmosphere of old Rome.

RATES
Rates include: breakfast and  taxes. 
Rates can change: according to the season (low, middle, high) and period (Christmas and Easter time, long weekends, bank holidays etc.). -
Free stay: for 3 year old children.  

USEFUL INFORMATION
2 night stays: minimum required, especially on weekends 3 night stays required at Christmas (Dec 23- Jan 6) and Easter time, long weekends, bank holidays: requests for shorter periods will be considered only if sent with short notice (10 days prior to the arrival date).

Check-in: 10 a.m. / 2 p.m.
Check-out: 10 p.m.
Reception: from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m (for early arrival or after this time  make agreements) 
Arrival after 10 p.m., if approves, are subjet to extra fee of 10 €uro.  
Arrival after 11 p.m. are subjet to extra  fee of 20€/30 
Arrival after 00:00, are not possible.


From high way: From Grande Raccordo exit n.14 direction Rome centre continue toward piazzale delle Province then via Catania straight then overtake viale del Policlinico and viale Castro pretorio, at the traffic lights turn left and the first crossing turn right on via San Martini della Battaglia will get piazza Indipendenza take via varese where we are located at number 5.
From (Fiumicino): Shuttle train Leonardo express : nonstop to Termini station will take 30 min, cost one way. €12 per person OR by taxi 45 minutes,cost 40 euros.
From (Ciampino): Shuttle bus OR Terravision nonstop to Termini station will take 30 min, cost one way. €8 per person and child €4 OR by taxi 35 minutes,cost 40 euros.
From Termini: Exit on Via Marsala, cross the street you find via Marghera. then third block left Via Varese, where we are located at number 5.
