Recently renovated a very nice apartment in Vatican area, or better just few steps from San Peter basilica, but from other artistically sites of city.

It's composed by a living room with a double sofa bed and two single beds, then there is the kitchen, double bedroom and finally shower bathroom.

All the area is full of restaurants and shops, however the street of flat is quite.

RATES
Rates include:  taxes.
Rates can change: according to the season (low, middle, high) and period (Christmas and Easter time, long weekends, bank holidays etc.). -
Free stay: for 3 year old children. 

USEFUL INFORMATION
2 night stays: minimum required, especially on weekends 3 night stays required at Christmas (Dec 23- Jan 6) and Easter time, long weekends, bank holidays: requests for shorter periods will be considered only if sent with short notice (10 days prior to the arrival date).

CHECK-IN
Check-in: 10 a.m. / 2 p.m.
Check-out: 10 p.m.
Reception: from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m (for early arrival or after this time  make agreements)
Arrival after 10 p.m., if approves, are subjet to extra fee of 10 €uro. 
Arrival after 11 p.m. are subjet to extra  fee of 20€/30
Arrival after 00:00, are not possible.
From Termini station (main train station in Rome):
Take the metro/underground Line A direction "Battistini"(buy the ticket in advance) and get off at the metro/underground station "Valle Aurelia",look for the train station "Valle Aurelia"and there take The train direction "S. Pietro".
When you will be arrived get out from the station in Via Innocenzo III and take down on your left till reaching the second street on your right Via di Porta Fabbrica.
In Via di Porta Fabbrica,look for the number 27.

From the Airport

From the Airport Leonardo Da Vinci (Fiumicino), you have to look for the train for Termini station (main train station in Rome),
take this train and get out to Termini station, when you will be in Termini take the metro/underground Line A direction "Battistini"
(buy the ticket in advance) and get off at the metro/underground station "Valle Aurelia",look for the train station "Valle Aurelia"and there take The train direction "S. Pietro".
When you will be arrived get out from the station in Via Innocenzo III and take down on your left till reaching the second street on your right Via di Porta Fabbrica.
In Via di Porta Fabbrica,look for the number 27.

From the Airport G.B. Pastine (Ciampino), you have to look for the shuttle for the metro/underground station "Anagnina" (metro line "A") and take the metro in direction "Battistini",
(buy the ticket in advance) and get off at the metro/underground station "Valle Aurelia",look for the train station "Valle Aurelia"and there take The train direction "S. Pietro".
When you will be arrived get out from the station in Via Innocenzo III and take down on your left till reaching the second street on your right Via di Porta Fabbrica.
In Via di Porta Fabbrica,look for the number 27.


By car
From all the railways when you will arrive in Rome you have to take the G.R.A. (Grande raccordo anulare roman higway),
from the G.R.A. you have to go out to the exit "Aurelia" direction Centro (city center), following the signs always in direction Centro,
then you will arrive on Via Aurelia, follow always the Via Aurelia and get Piazza San Giovanni Battista De La Salle,then turn on your right in "Circonvallazione Aurelia" and go on till reaching "Via Gregorio VII",go ahead to get "Via del Crocifisso"and turn on your right in "Via del Crocifisso",then take the first on your left,"Via di Porta Fabbrica" and look for the number 27.
