  This large flat is situated in the heart of Rome just 5 minutes walking from Colosseum in one old Roman building.
This flat, is on ground floor inside an old court, is very quiet and safe, with independent entrance.
The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people together in the 3 bedrooms and living room (with a modern sofa bed)On request it is possible to have an additional bed.
The flat is perfect and accessible for elderly and we ensure that the apt is accessible for disabilities, special needs, disabled people (wheelchair accessible) also will be particularly welcome guests with facilities for guide dogs.

The flat is so composed: 3 bedrooms, only 2 of them are accessible.
The main bedroom(accessible) has a king size bed, the second bedroom(accessible) has a french-bed comfortable for 1 or 2 people, the third bedroom(not accessible) has 2 single beds. Each bedroom has the air conditioning.
There are 2 bathrooms in the flat, the main, is large and accessible with a comfortable and large shower, washing machine, bidet, special needs toilette and a low sink, the second is smaller with toilette, bidet and sink.
The livingroom is large(40mt), with a large table for 8 people, a nice sofa-bed
a tv and the kitchen with oven, microwave, dish-washer, toaster, fridge, freezer etc. and air conditioning.

The building has also a Front Desk

Service. green grocery, tobacco shop, bars, supermarket with fresh bread are
around. Public transport, taxi, bus, metro, underground and touristic "sightseen" coaches are right in front of the building..
Three free public parking for disabled are available outside the building and the gate and the access of the building is always kept free so the van can stop without any problems.
You can find all amenities necessary for relaxing after an intense day; A/C, TV, satellite, DVD, microwave, dish-washer, washing-machine, fridge, freezer, traditional electric oven, dishes, etc...and eventually also a cooking service for your special italian dinners/lunch served or buffet for you and your friends is available on request.

Ee offer several extra services on request like theatre tickets for special shows or event.

Rates include:  taxes.
Rates can change: according to the season (low, middle, high) and period (Christmas and Easter time, long weekends, bank holidays etc.). -
Free stay: for 3 year old children. 

USEFUL INFORMATION
2 night stays: minimum required, especially on weekends 3 night stays required at Christmas (Dec 23- Jan 6) and Easter time, long weekends, bank holidays: requests for shorter periods will be considered only if sent with short notice (10 days prior to the arrival date).

Arrival after 10 p.m., if approves, are subjet to extra fee of 10 €uro.

Arrival after 00:00, are not possible.
From Fiumicino Airport (distance about 20 km.) Catch the Leonardo Express train from the airport terminal (departures every 30 minutes with non-stop service to Termini Station). Once at Termini follow the instruction below - From Termini Station.

From Ciampino Airport (distance about 17 km.) Outside the Arrivals terminal, find the bus line stop Co.Tra.L./Schiaffini and get off at the end of the line, Metro (subway) A "ANAGNINA". Take the metro (subway) in the direction "BATTISTINI" and get off at the "Manzoni" stop. From there follow the map indication (distance about 500 mt.). Also "Terravision" shuttle service or several other shuttles are available outside the airport.

From Termini Station - Catch the metro line A (direction "ANAGNINA"), and get off at the second stop "Manzoni". From there follow the map indication (distance about 300 mt.). second option catch the line B and get off at the stop Colosseo(300mt), third option you may just walk for about 15 minutes from Termini train Station to Colosseo or get a taxi.

Taxi are always available outside the Termini train station. By Car - Via Labicana is in a free traffic zone, parking is permitted on Via Labicana and other side streets and squares in the immediate area, but a fee is required. Free disabled parking available in front of the building. Right outside the door is a major bus/tram stop. You could walk or get anywhere in the city by bus or tram within 10 minutes (Vatican, Trastevere, Testaccio, Hystorical Centre). Metro line A: station Manzoni - Metro line B: station Colosseo Bus on via Labicana: C3, 85, 87, 117, 186, 571, 810, 850. Night bus: N10, N11. 300 mt. taxi parking: Colosseo
