Episcpo Lipinsky B&B is located a few meters from the Spanish Steps in Via Margutta, the famous street of the artists. We offer the chance of spending your time in Rome in a beautiful penthouse belonging to the descendants of one of the most famous painter who lived and worked here.

Two charming suites, equipped with all comforts: A/C, telephone, satellite tv and safe; the bathrooms are equipped with showers, hairdrier and towels. In this beautiful place surrounded by the vegetation of Villa Borghese you'll be able to choose whether to have your buffet breakfast in our 'Capri' breakfast room, or in "La Terrazza del Glicine" roof-garden, or in nice balconies.

Rates
Rates include: breakfast and taxes
Rates can change according to the season (high or low) and holiday periods (Easter, Christmas, Epiphany and other important bank holidays)
Free for children under three years
Bookings for more than 6 nights are subject to a 5 or 10% discount according to the time of the year.
One night accommodation (subject to approval) is subject to a 10% surcharge

Useful information
A minimum of two nights' booking is normally required, especially on weekends.
During Easter, and New Year's three nights' bookings are preferred.
Requests for less than 3 nights' stay during these periods will be taken into consideration, only if sent no sooner than 10 days before the beginning of the stay.

Check-In
> Check in: after 12.00 p.m.
> Check out: by 10.00 a.m.
> Reception is open from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (arrangements are required in case of late arrivals)
> After checking in, the guests will be given their keys and they will be free to come and go as they like.

How to Arrive

From Fiumicino L. da Vinci Airport:
take the direct train to Termini Central Station

From Termini Central Station:
take the A underground line to 'Battistini', and get off at 'Piazza di Spagna'. When you are out of the underground station follow the directions to Via Margutta.

Note: buy the ticket before taking any means of transport. Ticket valid everywhere in the city: BIT (valid for 75 minutes from stamping) € 1.00; daily ticket: BLG € 4.00; 3-day-pass BTI: € 11.00; week pass CIRS: € 16.00; tickets can be used in the underground, over the ground means of transport and city railway.
