Domes Terrace Apartment

 
"Domes Terrace" is a jewel embedded among the roofs of the center of Rome, located a few steps from the Pantheon. The apartment, recently completely restored, is situated on the fifth and last floor of an old building (equipped with elevator) in the historical centre of the city.
Its strategic very central position is perfect to reach quickly on foot the most famous touristic attractions of the eternal city and the main terrace provides the guests a really unique view on Rome.

The apartment, about 20 square meters, is formed of a main bed-living room with a table and a queen size sofa-bed, a toilet with shower, a kitchen and two terraces (the main one, located on the top of the apartment is 18 square meters large).
The apartment is equipped with an independent heating system and air-conditioning.
The kitchen is provided with a gas cookers, a microwave oven and a fridge.
There is a television in the living room.
The main terrace is provided with a table that seats 8-10 guests and is protected by an elegant oilcloth and wrought iron cover. The lower terrace is equipped with a gas cooker, a kitchen sink and a washing machine.

Adjacent to the building is the shopping area of Via del Corso and Via Condotti.
"Domes Terrace" is located on Via del Piè di Marmo 12.
Available on request a Pick-up service for/from the airport: 35-60 euro.

Rates
Rates include: taxes
Rates can change: according to the season (low, middle, high) and period (Christmas and Easter time, long weekends, bank holidays etc.).
Free stay: for  -3 year old children
7 night stays: discount of 5% - 10% according to the period.
1- night stays: when approved are subject to a 20% surcharge

Useful information
2 night stays: minimum required, especially on weekends.
3 night stays required at Christmas (Dec 23- Jan 6) and Easter  time, long weekends, bank holidays: requests for shorter periods will be considered only if sent with short notice (7 days prior to the arrival date).

By plane

From Fiumicino airport, take the train heading for Roma Termini. From the Termini Station take the bus 64 and get off after 7 stops at the Plebiscito stop.  Follow on foot Via della Gatta until you reach Via del Piè di Marmo

From Ciampino airport take the shuttle bus to the Roma Termini Station. From the Termini Station take the bus 64 and get off after 7 stops at the Plebiscito stop.  Follow on foot Via della Gatta until you reach Via del Piè di Marmo.
