"The B&B is located near Tiburtina train station.
We are in Via Vassallo, near Tiburtina Station and the underground stop (B line) which is only 5 minutes' away from Termini Station (by tube).
The area is also served by several over-the-ground means of transport taking to La Sapienza University and the Old town. A tidy and comfortable accommodation combined with the warm hospitality of the staff.

The apartment is completly refurnished and is on the 2nd floor in a building equipped with an elevator.
There are three rooms available: the first two rooms are double and they have enough room to add a third bed. Then there is a larger room which is about 21 sqyare metres and includes two chairbeds, so that it can accommodate up to 4-5 people.  This room also boasts a 21" colour TV featuring Teletext: it's the ideal choice for families with children or from groups of friends. Each room includes a radio alarm clock and a fan  for the summer.
There are two comfortable bathrooms, with shower, sink and bidet, to be shared among the guests. They are on the corridor side by side, opposite the two double rooms. There is a hairdrier in the bathrooms and each guest is provided with  3 towel set (shower, face and bidet).
Breakfast is optional and is served in the kitchen. There is a garage in Via Molajoni (only 30 meters from the B&B), when the guests can park their car 30. Parking is Euro 8.000/10.00 per day.

Rates can change according to the season (high or low) and holiday periods (Easter, Christmas, Epiphany and other important bank holidays)
Free for children under three years
Bookings for more than 6 nights are subject to a 5 or 10% discount according to the time of the year.
One night accommodation (subject to approval) is subject to a 20% surcharge

Useful information
A minimum of two nights' booking is normally required, especially on weekends.
During Easter, and New Year's three nights' bookings are preferred.
Requests for less than 3 nights' stay during these periods will be taken into consideration, only if sent no sooner than 10 days before the beginning of the stay.

From Leonardo da Vinci Airport - take the train to Fara Sabina (there is one every 20 minutes). The ticket is approx. Euro 4.60 and is available either at the ticket machine or at the newsagent's. After about 45 minutes get off at Tiburtina Station. then follow the instructions of the train section
-From the train station - from Termini Central Station: take the B line to Rebibbia and get off at Tiburtina Station. If you have heavy luggage, call me and I'll come and pick you up in 5 minutes. If you arrive at night ask for the underground replacement service of the 40N line.
-By car - from the Ring Road (the so-called Raccordo Anulare) take the A24 Roma-L'Aquila  motorway (exit 14) towards the city centre and drive up to the entrance to the East bypass. After the subway turn on thefirst on the right towards Tiburtina, pass the bridge and continue on Via Tiburtina.

Ticket valid everywhere in the city: BIT (valid for 75 minutes from stamping) € 1.00; daily ticket: BLG  € 4.00; 3-day-pass BTI: € 11.00; week pass CIRS: € 16.00; tickets can be used in the underground, over the ground means of transport and city railway.
