Annaluce Bed and Breakfast is in a bi-level  attico  (top floor) apartment with a beautiful terrace full of ornamental plants, in the center of the city. It is in Monti, the historic district close to the Colosseum and Campidoglio, near to shops, typical restaurants, wine-bars and cafès, and only a fifteen minute walk to the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon.
I rent one spacious and bright double room with ensuite bathroom, air conditioning, wooden floors, wireless internet access, hairdryer.
There is no curfew, you'll receive apartment keys to use during your stay. During good weather you can have breakfast on the huge terrace and you can use the kitchen of the house as if you were at home.
The apartment is on the fourth floor without elevator and the building is close to the Cavour stop (Metro B line). It is also well-served by buses.

Rates can change: according to the season (low, middle, high) and period (Christmas and Easter time, long weekends, bank holidays etc.).

1- night stays: when approved are subject to a 20% surcharge

Useful information
2 night stays: minimum required, especially on weekends.
3 night stays required at Christmas (Dec 23- Jan 6) and Easter  time, long weekends, bank holidays: requests for shorter periods will be considered only if sent with short notice (7 days prior to the arrival date).

FROM LEONARDO DA VINCI – FIUMICINO AIRPORT:
Rome 's main airport is well-connected to the centre during the day by a direct train and a slower train.
- You can take the metropolitan train FM1 which starts every 15 minutes from 6:27 to 21:27 ( 5.50 euro). Get out at the Statione Ostiense and take the underground line B in the Rebibbia direction. Get out at the Cavour stop, and you will be right on Via Leonina.
- You can take the direct train to Stazione Termini (11.00 euro) which leaves the airport every 30 minutes and doesn't stop at any other station. Then you have to take the underground Metro B line (direction Laurentina) and get off at the first stop, Cavour. Then you cross the Via Cavour, go towards the other Metro entrance, go down the stairs and you will be on Via Leonina.

FROM CIAMPINO AIRPORT:
- You can take the COTRAL-SCHIAFFINI bus and stay on until you reach the underground stop Anagnina. Take the underground  line A and get out at Stazione Termini. Take the underground Metro line B (direction Laurentina) and get out at the first stop, Cavour. Then cross Via Cavour and go towards the other Metro entrance, go down the stairs and you will be on Via Leonina.
- You can take the TERRAVISION bus (scheduled by Ryanair and Easy Jets Flights) which stops near the Stazione Termini. Then take the underground Metro line B (direction Laurentina) and get out at the first stop, Cavour.

TAXI
The fare from Leonardo Da Vinci  (Fiumicino) Airport to the city centre costs 40 euro.
The fare from Ciampino Airport to the city centre costs 40 euro.
