The B&B is located next to La Sapienza University in Rome, two underground stops from Termini Station, and it has been recently refurbished.

There are three double rooms.
All rooms have separate bathrooms ( outside ) located opposite them, and are equipped with A/C and colour TV.

The apartment is on the seventh floor (there is a lift) and is very quiet. The part of the apartment that has been converted into a B&B has an independent entrance.

It's also easy to get there, as the underground stop is only 250 metres away, and the bus stop is 70 metres away.

Rates
Rates include: continental breakfast and taxes (breakfast is served in the breakfast room)
Rates can change according to the season (high or low) and holiday periods (Easter, Christmas, Epiphany and other important bank holidays)
During the summer a surcharge of  €5.00 per night is applied for A/C use
 A minimum of two nights' booking is required

Useful information
A minimum of two nights' booking is required.
During Easter, and New Year's three nights' bookings are preferred.
Requests for less than 3 nights' stay during these periods will be taken into consideration, only if sent no sooner than 7 days before the beginning of the stay.

From Termini Station: take bus no. 310, which leaves from the square in front of the station, and get off at the first stop in Viale Ippocrate; cross the street towards Largo Ettore Marchiafava. Via M. Poggioli starts from there: we are at no. 3, flats 15/16
By underground (B line): get off at "Policlinico" station, then from Piazza Sassari go to Via Caserta, and turn into Via Treviso; walk along Via Alfonso Borelli, and Via M. Poggioli 3 is on the left.
From Leonardo da Vinci Airport: take the train to Tiburtina Station, then the B line to Rebibbia. Get off at "Policlinico" station and follow the instructions of the previous section.
From Ciampino Airport: take the bus to "Anagnina" underground station (A line) and then the tube to Termini Station. Take the B line to Rebibbia, get off at "Policlinico" station and follow the instructions of the previous section.

Note: buy the ticket before taking any means of transport. Ticket valid everywhere in the city: BIT (valid for 75 minutes from stamping) € 1.00; daily ticket: BLG  € 4.00; 3-day-pass BTI: € 11.00; week pass CIRS: € 16.00; tickets can be used in the underground, over the ground means of transport and city railway.
